- To manage the ways you deal with the contradictions.
- To filter intelligently the information you are exposed to.
- And reflect on the history of peoples' attempts to survive the brutalities of war and misused power
The metaphor that comes to mind is:
Life can be a Rose if you are mindful of the Pricks
